How can I see where my package is?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your parcel number. Click on 'track your order' to be redirected to the DHL Track & Trace page of your order. Alternatively, you can go directly to the DHL tracking page and enter your shipment number to follow the whereabouts of our order.


Why isn’t there any information on my Track & Trace link?

If there aren’t any updates shown on your tracking, it is possible that your package has not yet been scanned by DHL. Try again later during the day to see if there are any changes/updates. Still no movement? Please contact our customer service team for more information. 


The Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered. However, I did not receive anything. What now?

Please get in touch with a customer service representative of Zolemba. They can request a proof of delivery (P.O.D) showing who has accepted the package, time of delivery, and location.
